How Do I Work?

The first 30 minute free session is an excellent way for me to understand what your specific needs are and allows you  to assess whether this is the right option for you, as I use a range of tools such as hypnosis and NLP coaching. After this initial meeting, I will create a support plan tailored to your needs.

Does Hypnosis Work?

There is scientific evidence to demonstrate that hypnosis works. When you use your imagination your brain produces a chemical reaction which, in turn, influences your behaviour and, therefore, the world around you. When you enter a hypnotic state your brain function changes and this help you to focus your attention more effectively. You stop thinking about other things and, instead, gain better control over what’s happening in your body. You become less self-conscious.

The subconscious mind can be compared with a sponge. It soaks up all your memories, behaviours, dreams and things you’ve learned over the years and stores them away for use at a later date. Unfortunately, our brains create a barrier between the subconscious and the conscious minds, but hypnosis helps to break down that wall and create a gap to allow us to get through to the other side.

 Essentially, then, when you’re ready and willing to work on yourself, your subconscious brain holds the key to opening the door to a more positive and successful future.

What Is Hypnosis?

We’re all familiar with the concept of hypnosis because we all go through it each and every day. Essentially, hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness – for example what happens to you when you begin to read a book and start imagining the surroundings and characters in it.

When you work in a modified state of consciousness it’s possible to delve more deeply into your subconscious mind and hypnosis uses this power of your imagination to bring you benefits and help you to move forwards.

Why Does Hypnosis Work?

Hypnosis works by using your subconscious mind. Lots of things happen in your body automatically thanks to the subconscious – such as breathing in air, heart beating and digesting food….

The subconscious part of your mind is what helps you store memories. It remembers everything that you do, see and witness in life, it represents 90% of our brain power, compared with the conscious mind that is only using around 10%. It means that with hypnosis we can take a closer look at what is happening in your subconscious and take steps to reprogram and bring change in your life. Tapping in your subconscious mind thanks hypnosis allow deeper work that means better results.

Since the moment you are born you are in a period of constant learning through language, always adapting and looking to create habits, ensure your own security and understanding the world around you.

Why Am I Unfulfilled?
